Vite JavaScript SCSS GSAP Vercel Headless WordPress PHP
  • Built a 16-page static site on Vite's multi-page build, splitting page-specific JavaScript into lazy-loaded chunks so no page ships code it doesn't use.
  • Moved all content into a headless WordPress CMS: a custom plugin with a REST endpoint, plus a Vite plugin that renders every page from CMS content at build time. The design stays in code; every heading, section, menu and project is editable
  • Wrote a template engine where each section's own HTML defines its editable fields. One source generates the WordPress fields (47 drag-and-drop section layouts), renders the pages, and migrated the existing content, verified to reproduce all 16 pages exactly.
  • Raised mobile Lighthouse performance to 95–98, with SEO at 100, by self-hosting fonts, bundling only the icons in use (389 KB to 23 KB) and caching assets long-term.
  • Built a working lead-capture pipeline (a multi-step project-intake form and quick-start forms) with real email delivery, replacing a mailto-only fallback.
  • Implemented an accessible, faceted filtering system for case studies (service, industry, discipline) and JSON-LD structured data, clean URLs and per-page SEO metadata sitewide.
